Return Policy
Angelsoftshoes will gladly exchange shoes within 5 Days of receipt.
All items must be in original condition and proof of purchase must be retained.
We do not refund, however items can be exchanged.
Should there be a manufacturer default, special arrangements will be made.

Should you wish to exchange or return for sizing, the cost of delivery will be paid by the customer.

Delivery
Orders are processed and despatched within 24 hours for any shoes that are currently in stock.
Angelsoftshoes customers will be able to track their items. You will receive an email with your order confirmation and tracking number. We use Fastway Couriers to courier or the local post office if you fall under an outlying area. Standard shipping is calculated at checkout and outlying areas will be charged accordingly.
Our parcels are sent from our offices in Durban.
Delivery time: Local (KZN) orders take 3-4 days
Cape Town/JHB -4-5days. These days are based on working days
Payment Methods
We accept safe and secure payments via our payment gateway – Payfast, using a safe and secure process. Payflex payment options are also available.
